Booking is available online 24/7. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak season (May–September).

We Deliver to Your Door

On your delivery day, we bring everything clean, sanitized, and ready to use — right to your vacation rental, hotel, or beach house in Pinellas County.

Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 12 PM. You'll receive a text confirmation with your delivery window the evening before. No need to be present — just let us know a safe drop-off spot.

Enjoy the Beach

Head to the beach with everything you need and nothing you don't. When your rental period ends, we come back and pick it all up — no hauling, no hassle.

Pickups are scheduled at the end of your rental period. Just leave the gear where it was delivered and we'll handle the rest.

Delivery Area & Timing

We serve all of Pinellas County, Florida — including Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and Pass-a-Grille. Same-day delivery may be available depending on inventory; contact us to check.

Frequently asked questions

What if something is damaged or missing?

We understand accidents happen, especially with little ones! Minor wear is covered. For significant damage, we'll assess on a case-by-case basis and reach out before charging anything. If an item is missing at pickup, we'll contact you to arrange its return or discuss a replacement fee.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes! You can modify your booking (dates, items, quantities) up to 48 hours before your delivery date at no charge. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule for a future date.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead. During peak summer months (June–August) and holiday weekends, booking 1–2 weeks in advance ensures you get everything on your list.

Is the gear safe and clean?

Absolutely. Every item is thoroughly sanitized between rentals using baby-safe, fragrance-free cleaning products. We inspect all gear for wear and safety before each rental — if something doesn't pass our check, it doesn't go out.

Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?

Nope! Just let us know a safe drop-off location (front porch, garage, pool gate, etc.) when you book. We'll text you when we've delivered and again when we've picked up.
